Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders of 2 or more pillows (orders of $50 or more). For a single pillow, shipping is $4.95. All orders ship with tracking.

 

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Your Lullnap ships from our manufacturer's warehouse in China with tracking, and delivery usually takes 7 to 20 business days after it ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; customs, carriers and holidays can cause delays.

 

Tracking

We email you a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to show the first update.

 

Address changes

Contact us within 2 hours of ordering if you need to change your address. After the order ships we cannot change it.

 

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or your order has not arrived 30 business days after it shipped, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you.
